Recently, they've begun manufacturing toys that can to alimited extent read your brainwaves. They can be programmed to act accordingly. I think a really -knock-out- idea would be to combine this technology with a mobile device such as the i-Pod. Someone could keep plugged in and the device would change the music to match their mood as they went through the day. It could be programmed with sounds and lots of other stuff, too. Life really -could- start coming with mood music like in the movies... :-) It can also be used to manipulate the expressions of an avatar during online chats. Many, MANY possibilities. What do you think?

might be a little to complicated and might not have that big a market. most people i believe would rather choose the music they listen too. how would the program decide what music fit what mood? and what if there was no song on the ipod for someones mood. all obstacles you would need to overcome. interesting idea though and work on it if you think it'll work.

Can't get a patent for that as it was seen on Jimmy Neutron, it was Libby's science project.

that'd be amazing. but then you'd have to deal with everyone else's music... or maybe it just works with headphones. still, that'd be so cool.
