blackberry pearl theme..HELP?

Question

im trying to get this theme on my blackberry pearl..i can download it but for some reason it wont let me load it on there. the file is a .jad file..is there anything im doing wrong? i've put themes on my phone before but for some reason now whenever i try it wont let me..HELP!! :(

Are you trying to download OTA or from your desktop.



If using OTA, use your BB browser. A good site is http://pimpmyberry.com you have to sign up but its worth it, alot of free themes you can download over the air from your BB.



If your trying to install from your desktop, they have to be ALX file extension. Use the desktop manager and click add new , and find where the themes alx file is and install that.

I believe you need to have a data plan or internet access in your theme in order to install themes. Most available BlackBerry themes may NOT be installed via BlackBerry Desktop Manager.



However if you dont have data plan, just make sure your file is .ALX file extension. You can then add this using Desktop Manager..
