My blackberry curve 8520 is not working at all and i wanted to know how to reset it?

i haven't charged my blackberry for about a week and i kept it in charge yesterday and it wasn't working at all and a message comes: app error 523 and there is a reset button but when i press that the same thing repeats.
i wanted to know is there anyway i can fix it?

I haven't heard about this error however i can tell you about a common cure for many many blackberry problems. Its the famous battery pull. This basically deletes all of your temporary files and also resets the BB at the same time. SO try it it may just work.

P.S. Battery pull = taking battery out and then putting it back in.
