My windows screen is way too big?

im using my grandpas computer and he changed something by accident and now the screen is way too big. I have already tried to change it in my properties but it dosnt seem to be it what can I do?

The resolution is probably low. If using Vista right click on the desktop and click on Personalize in the drop down. Then click on Display Settings at the bottom, then change the resolution to a higher one, it depends on the monitor you are using.
