I want to cut and upload only a part of MP4 video for my apple iphone?

Hi, i have a movie MP4 movie file and i can upload it to iphone using itunes without converting but my question is i want only a part of the movie say (30:00-50:00 MM:SS) to be uploaded.. how can i do this??
Please name some good MP4 cut and edit tools or softwares which can do this?

Actually, you don't need any extra software. Go to iTunes, right click on the movie you want to edit and select CREATE ACC VERSION. You will get another copy of it. This is only if you want to keep the original the way it was and have the shortend one. If not, ignore what I said. Then right click on the song or ACC VERSION of the song and click PREFERENCES or PROPETIES. I don't remember which it was. Then click on the OPTIONS tab, or something else that starts with an O (I don't have the best memory around) and check END TIME. Then set a new start time and end time and there you go. Then just sync it to your phone. If you did this to the original versin and want to bring it back, got to OPTIONS again and uncheck END TIME. If you are using a mac, it is all the same, exept change RIGHT CLICK to OPTION or that squgilly thing or whatever it is.
