I needed space on my android samsung galaxy ace2x so I deleted some pre installed apps that i didnt know what it was and after that I couldn't download anything on google play so I used the backup and reset(factory data reset) and after that when i try to download something and error(491) pops up and also "unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped". I searched how how to fix the error 491 and I did the clear data remove google acc then restart phone and add google acc again at least 10 times and never worked.
Is there anyway i can fix this?
I think it might be because i deleted some pre installed apps is there anyway i can get them back?

(By pre installed apps I mean the ones that are there before i got the phone not the ones i installed myself and then uninstalled)

u won't get the preinstalled back and u won't get the problems fixed unless u reflash the firmware through Odin on PC.

Yes, some apps are used by other apps. So you may reset factory again.
