Best E-reader/tablet for under $110?

I'd lean more on the E-reader side of things...

Tell me your book, and what/how many formats it can read. PDR and TXT are the most important to me. Some cheap tables proclaim an E-book capability, but then you find out they are limited in formats, or preloaded with certain limits, so you have to go hunt down a bunch of apps to make them compete with a Kindle Fire, etc.

Kindle is by far the most popular e-reader and the Kindle Touch [1] is $99 so I don't see why anyone would want to deviate from that. It's not exactly unfounded, it has substance, it is popular for a reason.

once you put /tablet on there, you are SOL. no one makes a tablet much under $200. an e-reader is another thing. the kindle touch is probably about the best.
