Does the PSP Media Go Software CD feature a Video Converter?

Does the Media Go Software that is included in the PSP Go include a Video Converter System, you know converting Youtube Videos and converting them and then Transfer it to your PSP (Playstation Portable) or PSP Go.
Does have a feature for that?

you will have to download the youtube video yourself, but one the video is imported into your library, the media go software will change the formatt to match the psp when you put the video in the psp's memory.
