Maybe the roting software you used doesn't work on your phone. Heres a link to step by step instructions on how to root your lucid. http://androidforums.com/lucid-all-things-root/533930-root-one-click-root-lg-lucid-4-18-12-a.html

As you can see, it says "Operation not permitted" hence, your phone doesn't let you root it. Due to this, the exploit failed to copy Superuser, busybox and the su binary. Hence, since you have neither of the 3, your android can't be considered rooted.
You may have to try a new exploit. Go onto xda-developers.com and search for your device. There'll be plenty of devs who have a solution to this or have a new and improved exploit from the one you're using.
