my transcend 8GB memory card was working good and suddenly it stopped working in ma mobile and also in PC?

It is not getting detected in my mobile it is showing NO MEMORY CARD INSERTED even if i have memory card in ma phone and in system it is showing an error stating PLEASE INSERT A DISK. Is there any ways atleast to recover the datas from that memory card, i dont wanna use it any more ill get a new one but i need to take photos and videos from that can any one pls help me to get a soln fr dis,..?.

Take out the card, and connect it to computer using a card reader, or insert to card slot if there's any. You may try different usb, or different card reader. If your computer list it as a drive letter, then you have the hope. You can recover data with recovery program. here's one I used before
